Simple steps to upgrade your WhatsApp Broadcast limit from 250 to 2000 using WhatsApp KYC Verification
Want to Increase Your Broadcast Limit from 250 to 2000 Users?
Good news — the process is now much simpler. You no longer need Facebook Business Manager Verification to upgrade your WhatsApp broadcast capacity. Wavixo has introduced a KYC Verification method, which requires just three easy steps to enhance your WhatsApp broadcast limit
Prerequisites for Completing WhatsApp KYC
Before proceeding, make sure:
Your WhatsApp Business API is active
You have a GST Number + GST Certificate or an MSME/Udyam Number
How to Complete WhatsApp KYC Verification with Wavixo
1. Open Your Wavixo Dashboard & Click “Start KYC”
(As shown in the image on page 2, the “Start KYC” button appears under your messaging limit upgrade section.)
2. Choose Between GST or MSME Details for KYC
You may verify your KYC using either:
Your GST Number + GST Certificate, or
Your MSME/Udyam Number
Both options are valid.
⚠️ Important:
Make sure the business name listed on your GST/MSME certificate matches exactly with the name in your Facebook Business Manager account (the one used to apply for the WhatsApp Business API).
If the names do not match, first update your business name in Facebook Business Manager before submitting KYC.
3. Verify Using Your Registered Email or Mobile Number
Select the email address or phone number associated with your Wavixo account.
Then click Send OTP to receive the verification code.
4. Enter the OTP and Click “Submit”
After entering the correct OTP, your KYC submission will be completed.
5. KYC Submitted Successfully
Your KYC details will now be reviewed by the Wavixo team.
Updates will appear in your dashboard within 1–2 days.
If no update is received after 48 hours, you may contact support
