We use the collected data to operate your Wavixo account, enable WhatsApp automation, improve platform performance, provide customer support, and enhance product features. Metadata is used to deliver reports, analytics, and agent performance insights. We do not use your data for any unauthorized purposes.

Your data helps us respond to inquiries and provide imely assistance, enhancing your overall experience with our support team.

Data Storage & Retention

Stored securely with limited retention timelines

WAvixo stores only essential metadata required for campaign logs, audit trails, and compliance. We do not store chat messages or personal conversation content. Data is retained only for as long as needed to fulfill the service purpose or as required by law.

Upon request, users can request deletion of their stored data.

AI Data & Automation Processing

We use AI responsibly for better automation

WAvixo’s AI features may process metadata, customer intents, and predefined templates to automate responses and improve conversational flows. AI processing is strictly limited to enhancing customer experience, automation accuracy, and platform performance.

No personal chat content is used for AI model training.

No Access to WhatsApp User Message Content

We do not view or use your chat content in any form

WAvixo does not access, store, read, or use the message content exchanged between your business and your users on WhatsApp. Any message content transmitted through the WhatsApp Business API remains encrypted and is processed solely for delivering the service.

We strictly limit our access to metadata needed for analytics and operational functionality, without using chat content for any secondary purposes such as marketing, profiling, or AI model training.

Consent to WhatsApp Business API Data Processing

Use of our service indicates consent for approved processing

By using WAvixo, you acknowledge and provide consent for the processing of limited WhatsApp Business API data required for service activation, automation, and delivery. This includes metadata such as timestamps, delivery status, campaign logs, and automation triggers.

You also confirm that you have obtained the necessary user consent from your customers to send them messages via WhatsApp in accordance with WhatsApp’s Business Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Sub-Processors & Third-Party Vendor Compliance

All third-party partners follow strict data protection standards

WAvixo works only with verified and compliant service providers for hosting, data storage, communication, and integration services. Any sub-processor engaged by us is required to maintain strong security, privacy, and data protection measures in line with WhatsApp, Meta, and applicable legal standards.

We conduct due diligence before onboarding any vendor to ensure they meet security, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements. A list of active sub-processors can be provided upon request.
