This policy is designed to be fair and reasonable, ensuring that customers feel secure in their transactions with WAvixo, while also protecting the company from potential abuse of the refund process.

WAvixo offers a Forever Free Plan that allows new users to explore the platform and its core features without any upfront commitment. The plan includes WABA connection, WhatsApp Business API access, 100 free conversations per month, basic chatbots, no markup fees, up to 3 campaigns, basic campaign analytics, contact management for up to 1,000 contacts, campaign scheduling, and email & chat support. Since no credit card is required, users can start using the platform immediately without any charges.

WAvixo offers a Lite Plan designed for businesses that want to move beyond the Free Plan and access more advanced WhatsApp automation features. This plan provides enhanced capabilities to help businesses manage conversations, run campaigns, and streamline customer communication more effectively. By subscribing to the Lite Plan, users gain access to additional tools and improved functionality that support business growth and scalable engagement on WhatsApp. As the Free Plan allows users to explore the platform before upgrading, subscriptions to the Lite Plan are considered final and are non-refundable once activated. However, users retain full control over their subscription and can cancel it at any time to prevent charges for the next billing cycle.

All WAvixo services, such as the charges for an WAvixo Plan, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), Add-ons or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred by WAvixo to provide these services. This includes one-time Chatbot development and other one-time setup payments.

If a user experiences continuous technical issues that prevent them from using the service effectively, and if these issues are verified by WAvixo’s support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at WAvixo’s discretion.

In the case of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, users should contact WAvixo support immediately. If such claims are verified, WAvixo will issue a full refund.

A user may cancel their subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and users will not receive a refund for the remaining period of the subscription, except under special circumstances that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For any refund-related queries, users are encouraged to contact WAvixo’s customer support team, which is committed to providing efficient and personalized assistance.

To request a refund, users should write to us at support@wavixo.io. The request must include the transaction details and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

WAvixo reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, and the changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the WAvixo website.

This refund policy complies with the local laws and regulations where WAvixo operates. Users are also encouraged to review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for a comprehensive understanding of their rights and obligations.
