Wavixo has introduced an important update (currently in beta) in collaboration with Meta that allows businesses to fully utilize their WhatsApp Business API account without verifying their Facebook Business Manager.

Send WhatsApp Broadcasts to Unlimited users

This guide explains how you can gradually unlock higher broadcast limits and eventually reach unlimited messaging, even without Facebook Business Manager verification.



Pre-requisites to Send Broadcasts to Unlimited Users

To begin, make sure the following conditions are met:
1. You must be a Wavixo user

If you haven’t signed up yet, start with a free trial

2. Your WhatsApp Business API must be live

Apply directly from the Wavixo dashboard

You may also refer to the WhatsApp API application tutorial or schedule a call with the Wavixo team

Once your API is live, you can proceed further.



Initial WhatsApp Broadcast Limit

After your WhatsApp Business API goes live:
Your initial broadcast limit will be 250 unique users per day

To reach Unlimited broadcast capability, you must progress through WhatsApp Broadcast Tiers.



How to Upgrade WhatsApp Broadcast Limit from 250 to 2000 Users



To move from 250 → 2000 unique users per day, you must:
1. Send messages to 1,000 unique users within 30 days

2. Maintain a High Quality Rating (Green) throughout this period

Once these conditions are met, your number enters Broadcast Tier 1.




WhatsApp Broadcast Tiers Explained

There are four WhatsApp Broadcast Tiers:

Tier 1
2,000 unique users per day (24-hour window)

Tier 2
10,000 unique users per day

Tier 3
100,000 unique users per day

Tier 4
Unlimited unique users per day

Your account automatically moves to higher tiers based on usage and quality performance.




How to Increase WhatsApp Broadcast Tier

The only way to increase your broadcast limit is to get promoted to the next tier.
To qualify:
Your Quality Rating must not be Low

You must send messages to at least 50% of your current broadcast limit.




Tier Upgrade Examples

Example 1
Current Tier: 2,000 users/day

Requirement to upgrade to 10,000:
→ Send messages to 1,000 unique users within 7 days

If this is achieved:
Tier upgrade happens on the 8th day

If achieved on Day 1 → Upgrade happens on Day 2

Example 2
Current Tier: 10,000 users/day

Requirement to upgrade to 100,000:
→ Send messages to 5,000 unique users within 7 days



Importance of Maintaining a Good Quality Rating

To unlock higher broadcast tiers, your WhatsApp Quality Rating must remain High.
Quality Rating States

🟢 Green – High Quality

🟡 Yellow – Medium Quality

🔴 Red – Low Quality

If your quality rating drops:
Broadcast limit will not increase

Repeated drops may result in restrictions



What Is WhatsApp Quality Rating?

WhatsApp Quality Rating reflects:
The quality of messages received by users

User feedback from the last 24 hours

Performance of your WhatsApp Broadcasts and Campaigns

User actions such as blocking or reporting messages negatively impact this rating.




Sending Broadcasts to Unlimited Users

Once your account reaches Tier 4, you can send broadcasts to Unlimited users in a single day.
In Wavixo, broadcasts can be sent using two methods:

How to Improve or Maintain WhatsApp Quality Rating

Follow these best practices to maintain a high rating:
1. Ensure messages strictly follow WhatsApp Business Policies

2. Send messages only to opted-in users

3. Keep messages highly personalized and useful

Avoid generic or open-ended welcome messages

4. Be mindful of message frequency

Do not overwhelm users with too many messages in one day

5. Optimize content for clarity, relevance, and length

WhatsApp evaluates several factors to determine message quality:

Users must have opted in to receive the message

Messages should be related to:
Seasonal events

Recent purchases
