Can I send Promotional WhatsApp Broadcasts to my audience?

Yes. Since October 2021, WhatsApp officially allows businesses to send:
Promotional & Offer messages

Transactional & non-transactional messages

Notifications & updates

Follow-up messages

Can I send WhatsApp Broadcasts to users who haven't saved my number?

Yes, you can. Unlike the regular WhatsApp Business App, the WhatsApp Business API (used via Wavixo) does not require users to save your phone number.
However, WhatsApp enforces one rule:

✔ You may only broadcast to users who have provided opt-in consent.



How can I collect opt-in from users?

There are several ways to obtain WhatsApp opt-in:
Add an opt-in checkbox to your website or landing page form
Send opt-in requests via SMS or Email campaigns

These methods allow users to voluntarily confirm that they want to receive WhatsApp messages from your business.



Will my WhatsApp number get blocked if I send too many broadcasts?

Your number will only be at risk if your Quality Rating drops.
Quality rating decreases when:
Many users block you

Users report your messages

You send promotional messages without consent

You broadcast irrelevant content

If quality continues to fall, Facebook Business Manager will issue warnings, and ultimately your number may be blocked.



Can I broadcast WhatsApp messages to users who have never interacted with my WhatsApp before?

Yes. You can import any user list into Wavixo—even if those users have never messaged you.

Important:
When you import contacts into Wavixo, it is assumed that you already have opt-in for those users.
Make sure to maintain valid consent to avoid quality issues.



Do I need approval for WhatsApp Broadcast messages?

You only need approval for Template Messages.
Once approved, these templates can be used for:
Broadcasts

Automation flows

Drip campaigns

If you're sending a broadcast to a user who is still within the 24-hour active window, you may send:
Approved template messages

OR regular messages (no approval needed)



Can I include CTA Buttons & Quick Reply Buttons in Broadcasts?

Yes. Wavixo fully supports buttons in template messages.
Allowed Interactive Elements:

✔ Up to 3 buttons

✔ OR 2 Call-To-Action (CTA) buttons

✔ Quick Replies (max 3)

✔ URL Buttons

✔ Phone Number Buttons

✔ Rich media attachments (images, videos, documents, audio)

Button Rules:
Max 20 characters per button

Supported in Template Messages only

This means you can send highly engaging broadcasts with structured calls to action.
