Step 1: Create a New Template Message

1. Go to Manage → Template Message in the Wavixo dashboard

2. Click on “New” to create a WhatsApp Template Message

This opens the template creation screen.

Step 2: Add Parameters in Template Format

In the Template Format field, write the actual message structure using curly brackets.
Important Rules for Parameters in Template Format

Always use variable parameters

Each parameter must have:
Two curly brackets on the left

Two curly brackets on the right

Every parameter must contain some surrounding text
