What Is WhatsApp Quality Rating?

WhatsApp assigns a Quality Rating to every WhatsApp Business API number based on user interactions.
There are three quality states:

Green – High Quality

Yellow – Medium Quality

Red – Low Quality

How to Upgrade WhatsApp Broadcast Tier

According to the latest WhatsApp policies, upgrading your messaging limit depends on two factors:

Broadcast Tier Upgrade Example
Current limit: 2,000 unique users / 24 hours

To upgrade to 10,000 users / 24 hours
→ You must message at least 1,000 unique users in 24 hours

To upgrade to 100,000 users / 24 hours
→ You must message 5,000 unique users in 24 hours
