How to Filter the Audience from the Contacts Page
Filtering your audience in Wavixo is simple and smooth.
Steps to Apply Filters
1. Go to the Contacts page in your Wavixo dashboard
2. Click on the Filter button
3. Choose the attribute(s) or parameter(s) based on which you want to filter the audience
4. Apply the filter to see the segmented contact list
You can now send WhatsApp Broadcasts to only the filtered audience.
What Filters Are Available in Wavixo?
You can filter your audience using a wide range of parameters, including:
Name
Mobile Number
Tags
Source
First Message Tags
Intervened
Campaigns
Closed
Requested
Last Seen
User Creation Date
Custom Attributes created inside chatbots

⚠️ Quick Replies and CTAs are supported only in Template Messages, not in Regular Messages.
Audience Rules for Message Types
There is a difference in the audience set for which each message type can be used:
Active Users (within the 24-hour window):
Template Messages
Regular Messages
Inactive Users (outside the 24-hour window):
Only Template Messages
Understanding this distinction helps ensure message delivery compliance with WhatsApp rules.
How Long Does It Take for a WhatsApp Broadcast to Be Delivered?
WhatsApp Broadcast messages are sent immediately once you launch the campaign.
There is no delivery delay after sending the broadcast.
What Happens If I Exceed My Messaging Limit?
If you attempt to send a broadcast to users beyond your daily messaging limit, the broadcast will fail.
Example
Daily limit: 10,000 users
Attempted broadcast: 11,000 users
Result:
An error will occur
The broadcast will not be sent
Make sure your filtered audience size stays within your allowed messaging limits.
