Managers to Wavixo App

This guide explains how to add agents and managers in the Wavixo app, manage user roles, assign permissions, and streamline WhatsApp conversations for sales, support, and operations teams.

How to Add Agents & Managers to Wavixo App

Learn how to create user accounts for your team and assign the right roles inside Wavixo.
Wavixo allows the workspace Owner to add multiple team members and assign them either Agent or Manager roles. Different roles come with different permissions, ensuring secure and efficient workflow management.




⭐ Types of Users in Wavixo

As described on page 1, there are two types of agents:

1. Live Chat Agents
Live Chat Agents have access to:

Intervene in chats

Respond to users

Edit User Profiles from both Live Chat and History pages

They cannot send Broadcasts or run API campaigns.

2. Managers
Managers have broader access, including:

Monitoring all activity

Sending WhatsApp Broadcasts

Running API campaigns

Overseeing Live Chat operations

Agent Access Included in Plans
Wavixo provides:

1 Owner

+5 free Agents (included in Basic & Pro Plans)

Additional agents at ₹750/month each




⭐ How to Add Agents & Managers in Wavixo



1. Go to the ‘Agents’ Page under Manage
(Page 2 screenshot)
Only the Owner can add new Agents or Managers.
Navigate to:

Manage → Agents

2. Click “Add Agents”

This opens the agent creation window.

3. Fill in the Agent Details
As shown on page 2–3, you must enter:

Username → Used to log into Wavixo

Display Name → How the agent’s name appears in Wavixo

Password → Login password for the new agent

After entering the information, click Create.

4. Assign the User

Once the agent is created:

Click the Role dropdown next to the agent

Choose either:

Agent

Manager

Role assignment determines access levels but does not affect pricing.

Q. Does the Owner count toward the 5 free agents?

No.
You get:
1 Owner (separate)

+5 Free Agents

+Any paid agents



Q. How can I change an Agent’s login password?

Go to your Profile, click Edit, update password, and confirm by re-entering the new password.



Q. How many agent dashboards are included?

(Page 4)
Plans include:

1 Owner

5 Free Agents

Additional Agents → ₹750/month each.
You can add unlimited agents based on your needs.



Q. Can Agents edit User Profiles from the History Page?

Yes—Agents can:

Add Tags

Remove Tags

Edit Attributes

But Agents cannot intervene from the History Page.



Q. Pricing for additional agents?

Discounts apply automatically for quarterly & yearly plans.

Q. What if I purchase agents mid-cycle?

Wavixo charges pro-rated credits.
Example: If 15 days are left in your billing cycle → you pay only for 15 days.

Q. How does renewal billing work?

Upon renewal:
Up to 5 agents → Free

Any agents beyond 5 → Charged based on your billing frequency and count

Q. Can I delete paid agents before renewal?

Yes.
Steps:

Mark extra agents for deletion

On renewal, Wavixo removes those agents

You are billed only for remaining active agents



Q. I’m a legacy (older) user with more than 5 free agents—will I be charged?

Yes.
Legacy plans now follow the updated billing structure.

Q. How to purchase additional agents?

Use the Buy Agents button on the Agents page.
Once payment is completed:

Your subscription updates

Agent limit increases

New limit appears instantly




Q. Can I switch an Agent to Manager and vice-versa?

Yes.
Role changes can be made anytime and do not affect billing.



Q. Does per-agent pricing affect permissions?

No.
Pricing only affects the count of agents.

Permissions stay the same:
Agents → Live Chat + Profile Editing

Managers → Full platform access




⭐ Important Note

Users who are not on WhatsApp do not cost anything, because WhatsApp does not charge for conversations that fail due to the user not being on the platform.
So, you don’t need to remove such contacts.
