How to Add Individual Contacts Directly to Wavixo Without Importing a .CSV File

Quickly add a single contact to your Wavixo Dashboard without needing a spreadsheet.
Wavixo now allows you to manually add individual contacts directly from the dashboard—no need to create or upload a .csv file. This saves valuable time when you only need to add one or a few contacts instead of preparing an entire sheet.
With this feature, you can:

Add contacts without using a CSV file

Create new contacts directly inside the Wavixo Dashboard

Save time otherwise spent preparing and formatting CSV data

⭐ How to Add a Contact Directly in the Wavixo App

Step 1 — Go to the Contacts Page & Click “Add Contact”

(Shown clearly in the image on page 1 of the document.)
Navigate to the Contacts section of the Wavixo App.
At the top, click the Add Contact button to manually create a new contact.

Step 2 — Enter the Contact Details & Click “Add Contact”

A form will open where you can manually fill in:

Name

Mobile Number (including country code via dropdown)

Tags (optional)

Source (e.g., Organic, Instagram Lead, etc.)

Once the details are filled, click Add Contact to save the contact.
The screenshot on page 2 shows an example entry with:

Name: Shivam

Country: India

Phone: +91 XXXXXXX

Tag: Instagram Lead

Source: Organic
