How to Initiate New Conversations Directly from the Contact Page (Wavixo)

Send WhatsApp Template Messages to users straight from the Contact Page—even if they’re outside the 24-hour window.

Wavixo now allows you to start new WhatsApp conversations directly from the Contact Page, without needing to create a broadcast or go to the Campaigns section.

Since users in the Contact Page are outside WhatsApp’s 24-hour reply window, you must send a WhatsApp Template Message to restart the conversation.

This update saves time and allows you to message individual users quickly.

Send personalized template messages to users instantly

Avoid creating a full broadcast for one or two contacts

Immediately re-engage users who previously interacted with your brand

Initiate new conversations directly from the Contact Page with a single click

⭐ How to Start a Conversation from the Contact Page

(Follow the steps shown on pages 2–3 of the document:)

1. Open the Contact Page in the Wavixo App

Locate the Contact tab from the left navigation panel.

2. Select the User You Want to Message & Click “Send Template”

As seen in the image on page 2, each contact row includes the Send Template option.
This button allows you to initiate a new WhatsApp conversation even if the user is outside the 24-hour messaging window.

3. Choose a Pre-Approved WhatsApp Template

After clicking the button, a window opens where you can select the WhatsApp Template you want to send.
Templates may include:

Text

Image

Audio

Video

(As described in the text on page 1.)

4. Fill in the Template Parameters & Preview the Message

The screenshot on page 2 shows an example template with placeholders such as:

{{1}} → Name

{{2}} → Date

{{3}} → Link

and other customizable fields

Enter the required values, preview the message, and once finalized → click Send.
The template message will now be delivered to the user, initiating a new conversation thread.
