This guide addresses all common questions related to the 14-day free trial for the WhatsApp Business API.

How many FREE Wavixo trials can I get?

You can claim only one free trial per account.
Wavixo does not provide extensions for the free trial.
If you want to experience another free trial, you must create a new Wavixo account, but:
Existing settings, flows, or configurations will not transfer
You can create multiple projects within a single account, but they come with limited WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs)

How do I claim the Wavixo FREE Trial?

1. Sign up using your Gmail account.
Your Wavixo account starts in the Forever FREE Plan, giving you access to basic features like:

Applying for WhatsApp Blue Tick

2. To access advanced features such as broadcasting, you must:
Start your 14-day free trial, or

Purchase a paid plan

Simply go to your dashboard and tap “Start your FREE Trial”. Once clicked, your trial begins immediately and runs for 14 full days. During the trial, you get access to all features of Wavixo’s Pro + Flows Plan

How long does the trial last?

Your Wavixo free trial lasts 14 days from the moment you activate it.

What happens when my trial expires?

After the trial ends:
You must purchase a plan to continue using Wavixo

If a valid payment card is added:
The base plan activates automatically

If no payment method is added:
Your project shifts to the Forever FREE Plan

How do I add a payment method?

1. Go to the Billing Page under the Manage section

2. Add your preferred payment method (credit card recommended)

3. Ensure your billing address is added before saving your payment details

How do I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade to any monthly or yearly plan by clicking the UPGRADE button on:
The Dashboard
The Billing page

How do I upgrade my plan?

Upgrading a plan immediately ends your free trial, even if days remain.
At the end of the 14-day trial (if you haven’t upgraded):
The trial ends

Your account moves to the Forever FREE Plan

Your new billing cycle begins (if you selected a paid plan)

Any remaining Free MAC from the trial is lost

If you haven’t added a payment method, your project will automatically revert to the free plan until you manually upgrade.

How do I cancel my trial?

If you're in the free trial and no longer wish to use Wavixo:
If no payment method is added → Do nothing. The trial ends automatically after 14 days.

If a payment method is added → Go to Billing and select Cancel Plan

Your project will continue working until the trial ends, after which it will stop without charges.
This cancellation is scheduled, meaning you can undo it anytime before the trial ends.
