How many Wavixo Forever Free Plans can I get?

You can activate only one Forever Free Plan per Wavixo account.
The Forever Free Plan is designed to help users explore the platform and its core features without any upfront cost.
If you wish to create another account, a new Forever Free Plan can be activated, but:
Existing settings, chatbot flows, or configurations will not transfer to the new account.

You can create multiple projects within a single account, but they will share the limited WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs) available in the Forever Free Plan.

How do I activate the Wavixo Forever Free Plan?

1. Sign up using your Gmail account.

Your Wavixo account automatically starts with the Forever FREE Plan, giving you access to essential features such as:

Live Chat

Applying for WhatsApp Blue Tick

Basic automation tools and limited WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs).

2. To access advanced features such as broadcasting, automation flows, and full campaign capabilities, you must:
Upgrade to a paid Wavixo plan from your dashboard.

Simply go to your dashboard and click the “Upgrade Plan” option to unlock advanced platform features.

Is there a time limit for the Forever Free Plan?

The Wavixo Forever Free Plan does not expire. You can continue using the basic features of the platform without any time limit.

What happens if I need more advanced features?

If you require additional functionality such as broadcasting, advanced automation, campaign management, or higher messaging limits:

You can upgrade to a paid Wavixo plan at any time.

View pricing plans in the dashboard or billing section to choose the plan that best fits your business needs.

How do I add a payment method?

2. Add your preferred payment method (credit card recommended).

3. Ensure your billing address is added before saving your payment details.

How do I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade to any monthly or yearly Wavixo plan by clicking the **UPGRADE** button on:

What happens after upgrading my plan?

Once you upgrade to a paid plan:

Your account immediately gains access to advanced Wavixo features.

Your billing cycle begins based on the plan you selected (monthly or yearly).

Your existing project settings and configurations will remain unchanged.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you decide to cancel your paid plan:

Go to the **Billing section** and select **Cancel Plan**.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

After cancellation, your account may revert to the **Forever Free Plan** with limited features.
