Q. Is billing calculated day-to-day or timestamp-to-timestamp?

Billing in Wavixo follows a timestamp-to-timestamp model.
This means:
Your monthly or yearly plan renews at the exact same timestamp on which the subscription was originally activated.

The renewal occurs at the precise moment your previous billing cycle started.

Example
If your plan starts on 05/02/2022 at 06:35:00 PM, then:

The next renewal will be 05/03/2022 at 06:35:00 PM
And the one after that on 05/04/2022 at 06:35:00 PM

Q. How do monthly plans renew?

Monthly plans renew exactly one month after the activation timestamp, depending on the number of days in the month.

At the time of sign-up of a paid plan, we automatically enables the auto-pay (E-mandate), so that customers don't have to pay the bill manually every month. The payment will be automatically deducted from the customer's account on the renewal date.

Activation: 05/02/2022 – 06:35:20 PM

Renewal: 05/03/2022 – 06:35:20 PM

Next Renewal: 05/04/2022 – 06:35:20 PM

Example 2
Activation: 31/01/2022 – 06:35:20 PM

Renewal: 28/02/2022 – 06:35:20 PM (or 29 Feb during leap years)

Renewal: 31/03/2022 – 06:35:20 PM

Renewal: 30/04/2022 – 06:35:20 PM

In all cases, the validity lasts a full month—not a minute less.

Q. How to cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your current paid Plan, then you have to go to your UPI App or bank app which you used to pay the bill and cancel the E-mandate (auto-pay) for Wavixo. Once you cancel the E-mandate, your subscription will not renew on the next billing cycle, and you won't be charged again.

Q. How do yearly plans renew?

Yearly plans also renew based on the same activation timestamp, exactly one year later.

Renewal: 05/02/2023 – 06:35:20 PM

Renewal: 05/02/2024 – 06:35:20 PM

Example 2
Activation: 28/02/2022 – 06:35:20 PM

Renewal: 28/02/2023 – 06:35:20 PM

Renewal: 29/02/2024 – 06:35:20 PM

Renewal: 28/02/2025 – 06:35:20 PM

Thus, your subscription always renews a full year later at the same timestamp.
