What happens when a payment fails inside the Wavixo App

Q. What is Dunning in the Wavixo App?

When your payment fails inside the Wavixo platform, you will start seeing reminders prompting you to complete the payment so your Wavixo services continue without interruption. This usually happens when:
Your bank account does not have sufficient funds, or

Your credit/debit card transaction is declined

Wavixo gives you 5 automatic repayment attempts.
If the payment is still unsuccessful after all retries, your account is suspended, and your project is eventually deleted.




Q. How many payment retries are attempted?

A total of 5 retries occur after the first failed payment attempt.
The retry schedule is:
1 day after the first attempt

3 days after the first attempt

9 days after the first attempt

15 days after the first attempt

21 days after the first attempt


What Happens After Each Retry?



Q. What happens after the 1st retry?

On the first retry:
Nothing major changes, except a “Pay Now” button appears in your Wavixo Dashboard (as shown on page 2).

You can use this button to clear your dues instantly.

All account features continue to function normally.

You still have 3 more days to update your payment method or add sufficient funds..


Q. What happens after the 2nd retry?

Three days after the 1st retry:
The “Pay Now” section remains visible on your dashboard.

You can clear the payment at any time or update your card details.

Even if the second attempt fails, all dashboard features remain active.


Q. What happens after the 3rd retry?

After the third retry fails:
You will lose access to the dashboard.
All ongoing campaigns stop immediately.

However—Wavixo still stores incoming messages, giving you one last opportunity to clear dues and reactivate your account.


Q. What happens after the 4th retry?

On the fourth failed attempt (15 days after the first attempt):
Your current plan stops working completely

All services are disabled

Your WhatsApp Business API account is scheduled for deletion

⚠️ You must clear your outstanding payment to prevent deletion of your WABA account.


Q. What happens after the 5th retry?

If payment fails for the fifth and final time (21 days after the first attempt):
Your WABA account is permanently deleted

Your project will no longer exist on Wavixo

(Page 4 image shows the deletion message.)
Once deleted, you must contact support to understand next steps—recovery is usually not possible.
