WhatsApp Broadcast Campaign Analytics (Wavixo)
Understand how to track, measure, and retarget your WhatsApp Broadcast Campaigns inside Wavixo.
How to View Analytics for a WhatsApp Campaign
To check how your WhatsApp Broadcast or API Campaign is performing:
Go to the Campaigns section in your Wavixo Dashboard
You will see a list of all campaigns you have sent
Click any campaign to open its detailed analytics screen
(Shown clearly in the image on page 2, where campaigns display Type, Created At, Status, Audience, and more.)
Where Can I See the Status of All WhatsApp Campaigns?
Inside Campaigns, each row shows:
Status (Sent, Live, Stopped, Paused)
Campaign Type (API or Broadcast)
Created At Date & Time
Audience Size
Submitted Count
Status definitions (from page 2):
SENT → Campaign finished sending
LIVE → Currently sending
STOPPED → Sending halted permanently
PAUSED → Temporarily on hold
Which Metrics Are Available in Campaign Analytics?
Below are all the key performance metrics visible inside Wavixo’s campaign analytics (pages 2–3):
1. Status
Shows the current state of the campaign: Sent, Live, Paused, or Stopped.
2. Type
Indicates whether the message was sent as:
Broadcast Campaign
API Campaign
3. Audience Size
Total number of users targeted for that campaign.
4. Message Type
Whether the campaign used:
Regular Message (only to Active 24-hour users)
Template Message (to both Active + Inactive users)
5. Sent Count
The number of users to whom the message was actually sent.
Reason this may differ from Audience Size (page 3):
Some phone numbers are not on WhatsApp
Those users are included in Audience Size but cannot receive messages
6. Delivered Count
How many users successfully received the WhatsApp message.
7. Read Count
Shows how many users opened and viewed your WhatsApp message.
8. Failed Count
Messages that failed to send due to:
User not being on WhatsApp
User blocking your WhatsApp Business API number
(As explained on page 3)
The graph on page 3 visually shows Enqueued → Sent → Delivered → Read → Failed across time.
How to Stop or Pause an Active Campaign
To stop or pause a running API campaign (page 4):
Open the campaign from the Campaigns Page
Click the pencil icon next to Status
Choose Stop or Pause
📌 Important:
If you Stop a campaign, you cannot restart it.
You must create a new API campaign to continue sending.
Do Failed Messages Get Charged?
Wavixo allows you to retarget specific users based on how they interacted with a previous broadcast.
You can retarget:
Users who read your previous campaign
Users who replied with a specific keyword or quick reply
Users who received your message but did not read it
(Page 4–5 explains this feature.)
This helps you save:
Time → You avoid resending messages to uninterested users
Money → You only target the most engaged audience segments
How to Use WhatsApp Retargeting in Wavixo
Below is the complete retargeting workflow, referencing pages 5–7.
1. Go to the Contacts Page
Filter or select the users you want to include in the initial broadcast.
2. Send the First WhatsApp Broadcast
After selecting contacts:
Click Broadcast
Enter campaign name
Choose a pre-approved template message
Fill template parameters
Click Send Now
(Page 6 images show broadcast creation.)
3. Open the Campaign Analytics
Go to Campaigns → Select your recent campaign
You will see a detailed analytics screen like the one shown on page 6–7.
Retargeting Users Who Read Your WhatsApp Broadcast
Pages 7 shows this flow with screenshots.
Steps:
1. Open the Delivered section
2. Tick the checkbox “has read”
3. Select users from the filtered list
4. Click Broadcast
This lets you follow up with users who showed interest by reading your message.
Sending the Retargeting Broadcast
As shown on page 8:
Add a new campaign name
Select a template message
Click Send Now
(You may modify the campaign name if needed—Wavixo auto-fills a default name.)
